Q:How long does delivery take?

 A:Default Logistics: Sea Delivery: 30-40 business days 

 Expedited Shipping: 7-15 business days  

Fast delivery from local warehouse
USA: 3 - 5 business days
America's remote areas: 7-10 business days (Depends on local stock)
Canada: 5-7 business days

Q:Can I track my order?

After the package is shipped , we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.

Q:Where will my shipment be shipped from?

A:China and USA. This is determined by which warehouse you purchase your item from.

Q:How will my goods be shipped?

A:By Sea or Air, we ship products in the fastest way possible through our international logistics partners.

Q: Does the product include tax?

A：MKCAMP does not charge customers any taxes or fees. Due to logistics reasons, certain regions are not inclusive of taxes, and the courier service will collect relevant taxes from the recipient according to local policies.

Q:I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

A:We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Q:Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

A:Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.（If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. MKCAMP will not replace the order or issue a refund.）
