1. Are you still in business? Do you have products in stock?
Yes, MKCAMP is still operating. Since the production cost of our previous products was quite high, the retail price was also expensive. We are now upgrading and iterating our products. New designs are in progress — if you are interested, please stay tuned and wait patiently for our updates.
2. When will my order be shipped? What is the shipping method?
Due to the size and weight of tents and camping gear, most orders are shipped by sea freight or China–Europe railway (for Europe). The transit time is usually 30–45 days, which can be longer than standard shipping.
We sincerely apologize for the long wait. For customers who experience extended delays, we will provide certain compensation as a token of our goodwill.
3. Why is the tracking information not updating?
For long-distance sea or railway transportation, tracking updates are usually infrequent during the international transit stage. The tracking will normally update once the goods are cleared through customs or handed over to the local courier. Please be patient — we will also follow up with the logistics company on your behalf.
4. What happens if a product is out of stock?
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and provide options:

Refund: A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Alternative solution: If we have limited stock available in another warehouse, we may arrange priority shipment from there.
5. What if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos showing the issue. Depending on the situation, we will arrange replacement parts, compensation, or a refund.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit cards and PayPal for international orders. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
7. Will you launch new products?
Yes! MKCAMP is dedicated to EV camping gear, and we are actively developing new-generation tents and in-car camping accessories. Our upcoming products will focus on comfort, practicality, and better value. Please stay tuned!
8. What if I can’t reach customer service?
