 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Within 14 days of purchase Products are in salable condition, unworn or unused, with tags.Once the returned item arrives back in Mkcamp’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

  • Returns must include all accessories
  • Items must include original packaging
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Mkcamprefunds the cost of the product itself
  • Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

How do I return an item?

  1. Please reach out to Mkcampcustomer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  1. Mkcampsupport will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
  1. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Mkcamp.

 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We offer a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

WHAT IS COVERED
Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Zippers, Buckles, and Other Hardware: Failures due to normal use.
Fabric and Seams: Defects in the fabric or seams under normal use conditions.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear from regular use.
Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any changes made to the product not approved by MKCAMP.
Accidental Damage: Including but not limited to cuts, burns, and animal damage.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

  • All products come with a 12 month quality warranty on arrival
  • For warranty claims related to quality, Mkcamp will send replacement parts or even a brand new product, as appropriate.
