Nice fitting mattress. Easy self filling.
The thick mattress provides good back support. Sleeping two people in the car was just great.
The mounting of the headrest is a bit cumbersome to install, but works fine once installed.
Unfortunately I have to leave this review as I do love this companies products . But for only having it this mattress and a 2 sala room inflatable tent for 2 years (used only 6x’s), and one of the columns got punctured on a camping trip and I thought it would be easy to contact support for a replacement. Well when asking if I could buy a new column they shamelessly sent me a link to purchase a whole new tent for $1200!!! Again! After going back and forth with support they said they have NO SPARE parts available for this model. A model they are STILL SELLING!! After they told me maybe the factory had some spare parts and they would get back to me … well they never did!! So now I have a camping trip this week and I’ll have to rig my tent to stay up with poles. I could have bought a cheap tent on Amazon but I decided to go with these tents cause of the materials and design. Only to find out they have zero customer support. Not to mention when I bought my tent and mattress from them, I needed assistance with getting my order and it took them over two weeks to reply due to Chinese New Year!!
This is valid review as I notice the quality on the mattress maybe needing parts and now I know the company is not think My about retaining costumers for just selling quick and then leaving us high and dry. What’s sad for the company is I have probably sold others on MKCamp and now, due to their unwillingness to offer support, I’m willing to tell everyone not to ever buy from them unless they want an INFLATABLE tent that could every easily puncher with no support and with tackles people telling you to buy a whole other one for the parts!! Please shot elsewhere!
